Happy Thursday Everyone!

We hope you have all had great day!

Firstly, I am very happy to have received a photo from the Grade 3 class - you should see this on the blog now. It was taken as they were learning how to become actors at the theatre today. Grade 4 were also lucky enough today to have lunch with Grade 3, and I have included a photo of some of the Grade 3 children playing, just before lunch.

Grade 4 have had a very interesting day. After breakfast we visited the Bayeaux Tapestry Museum. Students were able to listen to an audio guide, at their own pace, which explained every segment, or scene, of the tapestry in detail. Students were moved by this experience. As we were not allowed to take any photos of the tapestry itself, I have not included any on this page. We then had a look around at the museum and watched a 15 minute movie which provided some extra information about tapestry.

After this, we returned to our accommodation for lunch and met up with Grade 3. After lunch Grade 4 then went to go sailing. The wind was very strong, so the students had an opportunity to relax and do special tricks on the boats, without the sails. Some students used the sails. We then went on a shell hunt on the beach, and gathered them together on the beach.

We have just returned to our accommodation where students are having a quick shower before dinner. They are also preparing for tonights disco! I will take some photos of them at the disco, and hope to load these onto the blog later tonight!
